Establishes all agency-operated facilities as smoke-free and formalizes smoke-free areas around building entrances.

Suspected Fraud and Illegal Activity Reporting Policy
Ensures employee confidentiality and protects employees from repercussions if they raise concerns about agency activities (whistle-blower protection)
