Support Group for Adults in Process of Divorce Begins in February
~ Education and support group is led by professional therapist

[Palo Alto] Men and women who are in the process of divorce will find support and education in an 8-week group run by a licensed marriage and family therapist. The group, which will meet at Family & Children Services in Palo Alto, will meet on Wednesdays from 7 PM – 8:30 PM beginning on February 20.  Group members help to choose the topics, which may include helping children through the transition process, healthy ways to resolve conflict, and communication strategies.

Preregistration is required. Call Nancy at 650-326-6576 x 5503 for information and registration. Fees are set on a sliding scale. Family & Children Services is located at 375 Cambridge Avenue in Palo Alto, near California Avenue. The agency also offers counseling for children, adults, and families.
