Case Management

For some, taking part in life’s everyday activities can be difficult. Consultation with professionals as well as referrals to community services is crucial in assuring an individuals highest level of functioning in the community.

SERVICES

Psychiatric Evaluation and Medication Monitoring
Psychiatric evaluation and medication monitoring is available for children, teens and adults, individuals with HIV/AIDS, those who are deaf and hard of hearing, and people with serious mental illness.

Services to People with Serious Mental Illness
Mental health counseling is available for individuals, children, teens, and adults.

South East Asian Program
Culturally sensitive mental health and case management programs for immigrants from Southeast Asia, primarily Vietnam and Cambodia, are provided in their native languages.
