Crisis Management

When unfortunate events occur, employees often feel upset, afraid and unable to cope. Professional trauma response related services are available to help deal with the situation and overcome these emotions. Crisis management planning consultation can also help organizations prepare for such events.

SERVICES

Employee Assistance Program
Problems often occur in and outside the work place. Professional counseling is available to help employees deal with issues and remain productive at work.

Crisis Management Planning
Traumatic and emergency events often happen when least expected. Planning a process to follow during these times can help alleviate people’s reactions to the event, allow for smooth transitions of work during these times, and help get the work site back to normal operations as soon as possible.

Trauma Response
When tragic events occur, such as violence, major accidents, employee sudden death or threats made by disgruntled ex-employees, services are needed quickly to help employees deal with overwhelming feelings and emotions, learn to cope with the situation, and access whether or not additional help is needed.
