unable to cope. Professional trauma response related services are available
to help deal with the situation and overcome these emotions. Crisis management
planning consultation can also help organizations prepare for such events.

Problems often occur in and outside the work place. Professional counseling
is available to help employees deal with issues and remain productive

Crisis Management Planning
Traumatic and emergency events often happen when least expected. Planning
a process to follow during these times can help alleviate peoples
reactions to the event, allow for smooth transitions of work during these
times, and help get the work site back to normal operations as soon as
possible.
Trauma Response
When tragic events occur, such as violence, major accidents, employee
