Programs & Services
Mental Health Counseling
From time to time, individuals and families face emotional stress, marital
difficulty, communication problems, or parent-child conflict. Counseling
helps people gain control of their lives in constructive and healthy ways.
SERVICES
Individual, Family and Couples Counseling
Individuals learn how to cope with stress, anxiety, depression, and interpersonal relationships. As family relationships change and evolve, counseling helps all members learn effective ways to grow together. Group counseling is available for couples who want to make improvements in their relationship and for men and women facing interpersonal problems.
Psychiatric Services
Medication evaluation and recommendations are available for clients in on-going therapy who may need additional help to aid in their recovery.
Group counseling and Support Groups
Support groups help parents learn effective parenting tools to help resolve conflict and learn appropriate discipline techniques. Groups centered on different topics form throughout the year.
