Mental health services, on-site assessments, staff training, and parent support
The Early Childhood Services Program brings mental health services into childcare centers. Our therapists collaborate with childcare centers’ staff to monitor children’s social and emotional development and to provide mental health care for children. Contract, grant, and individual donor contributions allow these services to be provided at no cost to families, the majority of whom are low-income.
The program has also been recognized nationally by The Alliance for Children & Families as an effective way to prevent and intervene in cases of child abuse and neglect. (Read about the award here.)
