The Hub is a new youth-led and organized community center, dedicated to supporting current and former foster youth, ages 15-24, in Santa Clara County. Located in San Jose, the Hub is convenient to the VTA light rail and buses.
The Hub provides a safe, welcoming space where foster youth feel a sense of belonging and empowerment and are offered a variety of services by their peers and other caring community members.

On September 30, 2011, we celebrated the Grand Opening of the Hub with several hundred guests. We were delighted that so many youth and adult supporters could be there to mark this very special occasion and the culmination of the work of many, especially the seven youth Founding Members.
