Counseling for children, youth, adults, couples, and families

Counseling serves a range of purposes, from assisting individuals in working through difficult issues to supporting individuals in developing their self-esteem and pursuing personal growth. Therapists provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to talk things through and to explore options and feelings. In addition to individual counseling in multiple languages, we offer group counseling and family counseling.

Services:

Counseling for children, youth, adults, families, and couples
Individuals come to us for a range of issues. Some clients work through their concerns or goals in a few sessions. Others are working through longer-term issues or serious mental illness.
As family relationships change and evolve, counseling helps all members learn effective ways to grow together. Counseling can also help through times of transition, such as divorce or remarriage, or when the family has suffered a loss.
Counseling is available for couples who want to make improvements in their relationships and improve their communication, have experienced intense conflict, or would benefit from an objective third party in resolving differences.
